Effective Communications, LLC was established by Sharon and Kobi Chumash, a dynamic husband and wife team committed to improving communication between people all around the globe. Kobi and Sharon are both gifted teachers, leaders, and communicators who inspire people to think in new ways and act with a greater foundation of knowledge to draw upon. Their areas of expertise range from language instruction, translation, interpretation, to Cross Cultural Training Programs and all topics related to Israel.

Kobi Chumash, born and raised in Israel, is an educator and public speaker who conveys unbiased information about Israel and the Middle East with clarity and charisma. He specializes in various different areas:

  • With an academic background in Political Science and Geography, Kobi knows the land of Israel. He has studied it, explored it, and lived it all of his life.
  • Kobi is a dynamic and intriguing speaker. He is constantly informed and up-to-date through direct access to the Israeli news broadcasts and all three Israeli newspapers on a daily basis.
  • As an educator, Kobi has taught a variety of courses regarding the History of Israel, Basic Judaism, and courses on The Reading and Writing of Hebrew.
  • As a team, Kobi and his wife Sharon, do translations from Hebrew to English and vice versa… both being fluent in both languages.
  • Together, the couple conducts Cross Cultural Training Programs on Israel for groups and organizations that want an in-depth knowledge of the culture and workings of the unique country of Israel.

    Sharon, growing up with a multi-cultural background, has always had a passion for learning about different cultures as well as sharing her own experiences and knowledge. In Israel, she established Effective Communications to fill the tremendous need for cultural and language training.

    In addition to the cross-cultural training programs that Sharon does with Kobi on Israel, her expertise includes:

    • Conducting cross-cultural team training programs for individuals and companies going to, or coming from, a Latin American country… with a concentration on Mexico.
    • Teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) and Spanish to local individuals in Colorado Springs.
    • Interpreting and translating between English and Spanish, easing communication between people and cultures.
    • Directing the marketing projects of Effective Communications,LLC.
